This means that employees in the private enterprise aim to augment profits while adhering to the society needs that are either set as rules in a country or as a way of promoting good company image to the public. In short, employees in the private enterprise are agents of the owners and whatever they do is based on the desires of the proprietors of the enterprise. While carrying out brotherly responsibilities in the industry, the main aim is to appeal to the public in order to improve business traffic and hence better sales of products and services.
